About Us

Rental Solutions Software is developed and released by KISS Computing, Inc., a custom software and web development company with offices on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and in Dublin, Ireland under the name KISS Computing Ireland LTD.

Several years ago, KISS Computing, Inc. developed a direct on line reservation system for hotels and other accommodations businesses. During the course of that project, other on line reservation system ideas came to mind, including one for rental properties (vacation, seasonal and year-round), and one for golf courses (tee times). In 2006, KISS decided to act upon those ideas, and its Rental Solutions Software is one of the results.

The first site using this system was developed for clients in Dublin, Ireland, and their site is www.rentalsolutions-ireland.com. The second site, one for Cape Cod, MA, USA, has been developed, and launched during the first week of April, 2007: www.rentalsolutions-capecod.com.
